Order Processing:

Orders are dispatched next business day, or same day* if placed before 12PM (GMT+1).

All orders placed on our UK Online store are dispatched from our warehouse in Laceby, UK.

Flat Rate Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK, Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey, £100.00 GBP and over. A flat rate of £4.99 GBP applies to all orders under £100 GBP.

All orders within the UK & Isle of Man are shipped with Royal Mail and are generally delivered within 3-5 business days*.

All orders to Guernsey & Jersey are shipped with DHL Express and are generally delivered within 3-5 business days*.

All orders are shipped via a tracked service. Once the order has been shipped, tracking will be emailed to the provided email address.

Import Duties and Taxes

You may be subject to import taxes and custom duties (VAT) levied by your local customs office. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of your local importation rules and levies. Light My Bricks cannot assist in matters related to custom duties and importation taxes.
