Born in Melbourne, Australia, from a love of LEGO® and a passion for creativity, we set out to change the way builders upgrade and display their creations. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a global community, united by imagination and the joy of bringing builds to life.

2016
It all began at our founder Kenny’s kitchen table. A LEGO® lover and tinkerer, Kenny started adding lights to his own builds—and when his kids lit up seeing the results, he knew he had something special. Light My Bricks was born.
2018
As demand grew, Kenny left his 9–5 to go full time. What started as a hobby turned into a global business, helping builders around the world bring their sets to life.
2019
We hit the big stage on the first season of LEGO® Masters Australia, taking incredible builds to the next level with our lighting systems.
2020 - 2022
We partnered with LEGO® on the award-winning Night Mode project—an industry first that redefined how lighting could enhance builds.
2023
We won the prestigious Good Design of the Year award in Australia and South Korea, a major nod to our commitment to creativity and quality.
We don’t settle—and we never will. As creators in this community, we’re constantly listening, learning, and levelling up. Our new and improved system is designed to work seamlessly with LEGO®—from ultra-thin flex cables to components that snap into place with the perfect brick-like feel. We’ve even introduced flexible installation guides so you can light up your set as you build or add lights later. Either way, you’re in control.
